About Us

BOSS aim to offer the highest levels of service and support, value for money and to get products and services to you when you want them.

We support the local community and work hard to be regarded as a model employer. We understand that without customers we would not have a company and constantly strive to improve our offering to you.

The key element is to understand what the customer requires and to evolve our business so that it supports those requirements in the most cost effective methods. If this means radically changing the business and the way we operate - so be it.

BOSS started trading in 1989 in Hereford by four people with a drive to offer a higher level of service that had not previously been experienced in the area.

We are currently a team of 35 members, and have evolved from supplying just office supplies, to add business machines and IT to our offering.

Our investment in people, training and systems enabled us to attain "Investor in People" accreditation in 2002 and were recently re-accredited in 2006.

We continually listen to our customers needs and strive to improve our offering to suit your needs.
