Border Office Supplies & Systems offers a broad range of products designed to meet the needs of today’s changing workplace.  BOSS recognise that communication is the key to saving you, our customers.

BOSS aim to offer the highest levels of service and support, value for money and to get products and services to you when you want them.

We support the local community and work hard to be regarded as a model employer. We understand that without customers we would not have a company and constantly strive to improve our offering to you.

The key element is to understand what the customer requires and to evolve our business so that it supports those requirements in the most cost effective methods. If this means radically changing the business and the way we operate - so be it.

BOSS started trading in 1989 in Hereford by the Directors who wanted to offer a higher level of service that had not previously been experienced in the area.

So the BOSS ethos is one of customer care.  Talk to any of the team at BOSS and they will do their utmost for you – getting what you want, when you want it.  The team thrives on listening, advising and providing solutions.

We are currently a team of 30 members who strive to "get it right" for you.

Our investment in people, training and systems enabled us to attain "Investor in People" accreditation in 2002 and were recently re-accredited in 2008.  Our ISO14001 awarded in 2009 demonstrate how we operate to protect our environment.

We continually listen to our customers needs and strive to improve our offering to suit your needs.
