How to log a call

Step 1

Contact us via email, telephone or using the online portal

Step 2

Speak to our service coordinator who will take down details of your issue and log it onto the system.

Step 3

Once the job has been logged, you will receive a email with the job reference, and will be added to the call stack

Step 4

the engineer will call you, if they need to access your machine you will need to click on the following link
