Julian joins the IT team

Julian Lane has joined the IT team as our sales consultant. Julian (who worked for BOSS in 1996/7) has returned to the fold after 16 years gaining invaluable experience in IT, Network and consultancy in Manchester.

Julian will be a great addition to IT team of Karl wood, Themis Hemley & James Bayliss and will be able to discuss your IT needs in depth.

New Manager for BOSS Service Dept

BOSS are proud to welcome Jon Little to our  Service Team.

Jon brings a wealth of experience to our existing team of engineers , Peter Martin, Ken Perkins & Tim Radford who have been looking after your machines for some years.

Since he joined BOSS, Jon has been concentrating on improving our response time to call outs and reducing our return to fits on your machines.

Jon lives in the Forest of Dean, is married with two young children and is an ardent Villa fan. He is looking forward to meeting you all  over the next few months as he is keen to visit all machines in situ.

New member for IT team

James Bayliss has joined the IT team to help the very busy Karl & Themis. Some of you will have already met James as he started in April on a part time basis while still at HCT. James has since passed his BTec level 3 in IT Practitioners with distinction. Well done James.

James lives locally near Bromyard and is looking forward to meeting all our customers. James is involved with Handicapped Children Pilgrimage Trust and local Scouting.

BOSS Aid Local Causes

With YOUR help, BOSS have so far raised over £4000.00 which has been donated to local charities. This has been done by you letting us collect your empty laser & inkjet cartridges.These are recycled & monies raised have been returned to the local community

In a signigicant product development, BOSS have launched Konica Minolta's bizhub C35, a compact A4 colour multifunctional what will be available to customers on a cost per copy plan.
